Alys Beach

Alys Beach

An architecturally renowned seaside village is reminiscent of the world’s most beloved seaside towns.

Welcome to Alys Beach

Alys Beach traces its modern history to the 1970s when the Stephens family purchased the property at auction. They vacationed in the area for years, and the spur-of-the-moment purchase was intended to provide a retreat for the family and their employees. Stephens named the 158 acres after his beloved wife, Alys.

Alys Beach is a place of simplicity and beauty. A place where life is not just lived, it is defined. An architecturally renowned seaside village on 158 acres of streets, parks, gardens, pedestrian paths, and great civic buildings in a manner reminiscent of the world’s most beloved seaside towns. A community way of life inclusive of amenities, the town center’s merchants, restaurants with delicious dining options, and the beach are all within an easy walkable distance.

The original visions of Alys Beach; a foundation in Moorish and Mediterranean-style Villas and Courtyards inspired by homes in Antigua and Guatemala with stark white stucco exteriors were founded in the beauty of Bermuda and designed to withstand hurricane-force winds.

Amenities include an Amphitheater with lush green space hosting outdoor concerts and events, the stunning Caliza saltwater pool with infinity-edge, family style pool and spa, tennis courts, fitness center, private cabanas, bike trails, nature preserve and private beach access to the white sand beaches and Gulf of Mexico.
